Job Title: Head of Operations & Delivery
Location: UK, Ireland, Belgium or Netherlands (Travel required to all regions on a regular basis)
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our leadership team as the Head of Operations & Delivery, responsible for overseeing operations and delivery functions to ensure successful execution of client solutions, projects, and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Develop and implement strategies for operational efficiency and growth.
- Resource Management: Optimize resource allocation and ensure team capabilities.
- Project Execution: Oversee timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
- Solution Implementation: Manage end-to-end client solution implementation.
- Managed Services: Monitor performance and implement improvement initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop high-performing teams, 4 -5 direct reports initially.
- Financial Oversight: Collaborate on budget management and profitability.
What You’ll Bring
Professional background and education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of IT professional services experience with senior leadership roles.
Skills and Competencies
- Fluency in English and Dutch (French is a plus).
- Strong leadership and resource management skills.
- Excellent client-facing communication.
- Analytical mindset for data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
