During this 2 day training you will learn the basics on the system installation and integration, followed by in depth configuration and administration tasks.
All possible end-user platforms are addressed with their most common configurations (device security, mail, intranet access, docs, apps…)
Technical fundamentals training on the installation, configuration and administration of all Airwatch components
Technical IT staff who is responsible for the day to day management of the EMM platform.
This training is not suited for support or helpdesk engineers requiring only basic skills on the Airwatch platform.
Knowledge of general IP connectivity configurations.
Hands-on data networking, system implementation and troubleshooting experience. Basic mobility experience with iOS, Android or Windows devices.
Basic virtualization and Windows Server experience.
Familiarity with PKI concepts.
Don’t worry if any of the above are less your thing, but we better let you know the pace of this training is pretty high.
