February 20 @ 09:00 - 14:00
Every aspect of your workplace is evolving drastically:
more demanding employees, more organizational challenges and more IT tools.
Add to that “the war for talent” …
The new workplace is probably the most important driver for a successful business.
With this event we join forces with VUB, SDWorx and Agoria to cover three major approaches in this domain:
Ergonomics in the New Workplace by Professor Veerle Hermans – Professor in Ergonomics at VUB and responsible Ergonomics at Idewe
Our opening speaker is a seasoned professor who will dive into an aspect we tend to overlook when talking about the new workplace: Ergonomics.
Is the flexibility we’re all striving for as good for our body as it is for our mind? What is the impact on an active population that is mobile centric and can’t ‘work’ without a smartphone or tablet?
HR and Digital Transformation by Jan Laurijssen – Senior Managing Consultant at SDWorx for Team People & Digital Transformation:
How to attract new talent, how to keep great talent and how to tackle HR challenges in a highly competitive market? How is Digital Transformation – the buzz word in all industries – impacting the current workplace, helping it or making it more complex?
Flexible Work by Fabienne Martin – Expert at Agoria for People & Organization:
How does legislation support flexible work and is it ready for the new workplace of tomorrow? What’s the impact of the French model, should we adopt it or not? Different potential options are presented, driving an interesting interaction with the audience.
Managing the Workplace Assets by Ulrik Van Schepdael – CEO at mobco:
How to procure and manage all new assets coming to the workplace? Ever since the introduction of smartphones for professional use, the number of assets in the workplace has exploded. In this session we will zoom in on how to facilitate procurement, how to automate management, how to keep track of all assets and how to safeguard an important investment.
During the networking we will demonstrate the Workplace Self Service portal that will be launched on February 20th and new Workplace tools.
