Your next mission is to guarantee the perfect Mobile User Experience for the employees of our TOP500 enterprise customers! You assist in the roll-out, you love to explain in person about the new functionalities of the latest hardware, you’re curious about every possible setting AND you want to take your mobile knowledge to the next level: Unified Endpoint Management.
You start with a deep dive Apple training, Samsung training and vendor driven product trainings on our supported technologies, followed by hands-on experience in our lab to test and tune your skills.
Next, your job:
We offer you 20 days of training per year, but you need to be “curious by nature” to learn fast about new technologies!
Your customer facing time will vary between remote missions and on-premise execution. You keep our service quality and mobile expertise on the highest level, this is crucial for our customers!
If you have a strong affinity for mobile devices and eager to learn more, you will love this challenge. We see this as the ideal job for a junior who wants to develop a career in IT!
The ideal candidate has at least a technical degree.
