What data do we collect from you and why?
Statistics
When you visit our website, we store certain data about you in statistics (Google Analytics). We also collect certain statistics when you read our newsletter. Contact details
When you fill in the contact form on our website, we keep a record of the information you provide. We securely store your first name, last name, telephone number, email address, message, IP address and the time of sending. This is necessary in order to communicate with you properly.
When you download an e-book or file, we store – if you give us permission – your e-mail address and name. We need this information to be able to send you the downloads. When you request a download, we also kindly ask you if we may send you our newsletter. Rest assured, we do not want to e-mail anyone unsolicited.
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your first name and e-mail address. We need these details to be able to send you the newsletter. Your email address is stored securely with Flexmail. Flexmail secures your data and is part of a certified EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and so respects your privacy.
If you are a customer with us, we also store your contact and invoice data. These data are necessary for a smooth cooperation.

Only mobco uses your data. We do NOT share your data with third parties.
What is the retention period of your data?
mobco shall retain your personal data for 2 years after you unsubscribe from our newsletter and/or for 2 years after you send a contact form.
