Continuous learning is one of the cornerstones of our strategy and success. We are committed to offer all our employees at least 20 days a year to spend on study, courses, certifications. And it’s not only for deep dive technical trainings. Recently we started the initiative to have the full operations team ITIL certified and today we are proud to announce that everyone in the team is ITIL certified.
ITIL 4 is more than just a marketing buzzword, it’s all about processes and practices. As we are evolving to a more structured approach of our organisation and our customers are using these same standards like ITIL and ISO, it was a logic step for the mobco team to get trained and start using this service management methodology.
ITIL is a worldwide recognized qualification which allows mobco colleagues and customers to talk the same language when discussing services, processes and changes, we will be using the same terminology. It will also allow us to introduce a proactive culture with standard processes and change management. This will result in a higher customer satisfaction and user experience.
